We answer as quickly as we can. For bug reports, please describe which iPhone and which iOS version you use and what happened immediately before the problem – it saves a round trip.

Privacy

Requests regarding your rights under the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, objection) go to the same address. How we handle your message is described in the privacy policy.

Purchases and refunds

In-app purchases are handled entirely by Apple. Refund requests are therefore processed by Apple, not by us – via reportaproblem.apple.com. For everything else, please get in touch directly.
